Many people rush out the door in the morning without eating breakfast I hate doing this but personally I do it a lot. I personally feel a lot better when I eat in the morning so here are some simple ways where you can make breakfast a lot easier. First what you can do is prep for breakfast days or the night before. If you like omelettes you can chop up different vegetables you'd like to put into an omelette and freeze them so that they stay good for days. That way it's a lot simpler when you're going to cook your omelette in the morning. You just have to take out the eggs mix them up and add your frozen vegetables this will take a lot less time because all you need is time for the cooking part. Also you can have toast with it to get some carbs in there too.You can be toasting your bread while the eggs are cooking to save time. A lot of people also likes smoothies for breakfast so if you're going to make a smoothie chopping up all your fruit and freezing it is an easy and simple way to make the morning a lot faster. You can just throw your fruit in the blender with some yogurt, milk, or even ice cream whatever you prefer and even take it on the go.
I personally enjoy healthy breakfast but if you don't, cereal or frozen waffles make good breakfasts also.
It is so important to eat breakfast it gets your day going with a good start and helps carry you to lunch. If you are a college student you are in class from the morning until mid afternoon eating breakfast is a good way to help you get through your day because you're not starving around one if you haven't had lunch yet. I mean just think about it you just slept probably around 7 to 8 hours without eating and now you're going to get up and go to school for six hours without eating, it just makes zero sense not to have breakfast.
